Charges are applied at current prices. Providers pay a monthly subscription fee for access to the platform. A 60-day free trial is available for new providers.

The site's content including logos, text, graphics, and software belongs to My CheckUp Health or its licensors and cannot be used without permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users cannot engage in:

- Unauthorized access attempts

7. Termination
The company reserves suspension or termination rights for alleged term violations without advance notice.
